1. The aforesaid information given is correct and true to the pest of our'knowledge. In the event at any time if this information is found incorrect or false it will be the whole discretion of the college authorities to cancel the admission and the deposited fees will stand forfeited.

2. We hereby declare that we have read the Instructions given in the Prospectus carefully. If I/we applicant do anything against the rules of the college then the principal of the college is empowered to rusticate him. This decision will be binding and we will not ask to consider the case under any circumstances

3. Applicant will not participate in any Political activity in the college.

4. Once deposit the fees we will not ask for the refund of the same and that the fees will be deposited in time.

5. If I demand the admission to be cancelled in the mid session, I will not demand for the refund of the fees and that I will demand for the Transfer Certificate only after t pay full fees.

6. In any case the decision taken by the management & the Principal will be final which will be bonded to us.

7. I will appear in the University examination only after depositing the complete college fees. In case I am not allowed to appear in the examination due to non payment of fees. The whole responsibility for this, will be mine.

8. I will be punctual in attending theory & Practical classes. If my attendance falls then as per University norms, le 75%, i will have no objection in appearing as private candidate in annual examination.

9. AM necessary documents (Transfer certificate, Character Certificate, Photocopies of mark sheet) will be submitted by me within seven days after the admission, if I do not do so my admission may be cancelled.

10. In any condition. I will not apply for change of subject.

11. After getting the admission in this college it will be my sole responsibility to submit the university enrollment, eligibility and examination application forms along with required fees in time.

12. It will be binding on me to be present regularly in the classes and in theory and practical examinations of university according to the college and university time tables. I will not expect any separate information regarding this from the college.

13. I will not indulge in any ragging activity.

14. I will not criticise publicly any policy of the college and in case of any problem i will try to overcome it with the cooperation of college authorities.

15. We hereby declare that we have carefully read the instructions given in notification no 6 87 (section 13) of M.P. University act 1973. If we do anything against the rules then the decision of college/university authorities will be final & we will not ask to consider the case under any circumstances.

16. I will follow all above during my education in this college.
